A Communication Resource Center is one of the greatest needs.

The Pass has been much too long in not providing communication access to its "Other World Residents"

who cannot begin to move onto their homes or properties while the slow drudgery of Recovery Processes are taking place.

People are ready to move back in, but can't. And once there, no place to go.

does not exist.

A Library can provide some comfort that is much needed.
